University of Florida (B.A., 1985); Stetson University College of Law (J.D.,
1989); Founding President, Stetson's Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law

Practice Section); The Florida Bar (Member Section on Workers' Compensation and
Labor and Employment Law); St. Petersburg Bar Association (Chairman of Social

After his
admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Ludovici was employed as an Associate with
Lyle & Skipper, P.A. On April 1, 1991, Mr. Ludovici became associated with
Fox and Grove and on January 1, 1996, he became a Partner in what is now known
as Abbey, Adams, Byelick, Kiernan, Mueller & Lancaster, LLP. On July 1,
2000, Mr. Ludovici became "of Counsel" to the Firm and began Mediating cases on
a full time basis. In January 2003, Mr. Ludovici opened his own Practice which
continues to be limited to Private Mediations.
Mr. Ludovici is Certified
by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator and has Mediated over 500 cases since
2000. Mr. Ludovici held the distinction as a Florida Bar Board Certified Workers' Compensation Lawyer
from 1997 to 2015 and has tried approximately 80 contested workers' compensation cases and handled
numerous appeals. Mr. Ludovici teaches Negotiation and Mediation as adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law.
